Over the past 8+ years I've built 100+ Shopify and Shopify Plus stores for DTC brands, enterprise retailers, and the agencies that serve them — mostly across the US, UK, and Canada. Clients tend to start with a single project and stay for years, because I treat every store like it's still mine to look after once it's live.

That's the whole model: fewer clients, deeper relationships, and a developer who already knows your codebase when something needs to change.
